Excellent Ratings on the Environmental Working Group website

As we close out 2025, I want to send all of you reading this a big thank you for another fabulous year.  Time and again I wanted to pinch myself every time I received a new order, a great review, or a compliment from a customer.  

We added a new question to the final section during checkout asking "How did you hear about Morton Essentials?"  So many of you actually answered and it's giving us great insight into our marketing efforts.  One customer mentioned she saw our deodorants with high rankings on the EWG website and that's how she found out about us.  In case you haven't heard about the EWG website, here is some information.  

EWG stands for the Environmental Working Group.  Their mission is to empower you with breakthrough research to make informed choices and live a healthy life in a healthy environment.   According to their website, they shine a light on outdated legislation, harmful agricultural practices and industry loopholes that pose a risk to our health and the health of our environment. 

So where does Morton Essentials come into play here?  The EWG has a safety ratings system and you can search for products within categories to see if they meet their strict and thorough criteria.   You can copy and paste this link into your browser https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ and search Morton Essentials or any brand you like.  18 of our products were analyzed and on a scale of 1-10 with one being the safest and 10 being the most dangerous, we had seven deodorants, beard oils and a Rose Water mist score a one.  Then we had 11 products score a two.  I think we lost a point mainly because of the essential oils.  This is great news for us and for you!
